● Tangible products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the original purchase invoice is presented.



  • The customer has the right to exchange or return products within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition upon receipt, and that it has not been opened or used.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is received, inspected, and its condition confirmed.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah at the customer's expense.
  • If the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted to replace it with another product if the customer so desires.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer must check the warranty directly with the authorized dealer. The purchase invoice is the warranty on your purchases from the Cardent Store.
  • If the customer wishes to consult an agent, the product will be shipped to our address in Jeddah at the customer's expense. If a manufacturing defect is found after inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped to the customer's address at the customer's expense.
  • Products that have been opened and used will not be replaced unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. Products that violate the warranty conditions will not be replaced (such as: misuse, breakage, exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof, etc.) .
  • When the product is returned, provided that the above conditions are met, only the product amount will be refunded (excluding shipping fees) . The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 working days.
  • If the customer does not receive the product, the shipping fees will be deducted.
